I had a problem with Bill Ruger's politics/policies, but after he died, and Sturm Ruger Firearms started selling >10 round magazines to "mere civilians," and started developing firearms meant to be carried by those same civilians, I ended my boycott and promptly bought two Ruger firearms that I have enjoyed immensely. My GP100 and 10/22 have been fun to shoot, and reliable. I certainly don't agree with the man, but he sure knows how to make a fine firearm.
