Police: Calif. student missing since '07 overdosed
If he did it, he deserves everything that comes to him and more, but we'll have to wait for the trial to see if there is truly a preponderance of evidence to convict him beyond a reasonable doubt.
This kind of thing doesn't sit well with me.
