Reality is scarier than nightmares

I had a strange dream wherein I had bugs living inside my foot. (???) I went to the doctor, and they pulled out a bug that looked like short, fat centipede. It grossed me out to the point that I wondered if such a bug existed. After a bit of searching, I found something that made me forget about my nasty bug, because this one was real.
