Fast forward to about 3:15:00 for the start of AB 1935 discussion, there's some good stuff in there. To keep Republican filibustering on the bill from running out the clock, Dems push off debate to hit some HIGHLY important issues like lead paint chips.
Fireworks start at 00:16:30 on video 5/5. Gets crazy around 00:25:17. At 00:28:30 Republicans literally pull out the rulebook, and put a stop to this cram session, effectively killing all bills that were pending.
