I am going to be investing in a couple of "mini" cows in the spring. The stock we will be buying are larger than what you have in the picture there, about 1/3 the size of regular cattle.
They will be pastured with the goat herd.
Kind of my "emergency" food supply preps. A tank full of catfish, goats, mini cattle and most likely rabbits. The rabbits will be purchased if things start to look grim.
