Wonderful idea, but you know us Americans... my party is better than your party, nanner, nanner, boo, boo... where's Truman when we really need him?
Or the most utterly banal and stupid kind of evil, telling people to go out and kill 'not one or two but a goodly number of each' of "local bullies and evil gentry" - half of them owners of less than 30-acres - 2-million dead just to get the agricultural program going (or not going) like Mao did.
