last time i played, i started out with an orange dragon who i named Julius. (wiz, wand of poly) I played that character for a week, beat soko, then returned to the mines, where Julius died at the bottom. Completely lost heart in that character. I had even cheated and made a backup save, and my wife said "why don't you just use that?" "you don't understand. Julius died." So, now i am locking insane dwarves in shops because i don't have silk. silk. Is cloth good enough? nnnnnooooooo. Giant Cave Spider Silk, or NOTHING.
