Free speech is free speech when the gov SAYS it's free speech

And art is art when the gov SAYS it's art!

Protesting the government is the most important form of free speech. Why should the government get to say who can and can't protest, and how?

    What the hell? This is just asking for a lawsuit. Not only is this free speech, art is whatever the hell it wants to be.
