From only a little bit of searching, mylar might be your best bet, though letting it touch your skin would result in hot spots. Perhaps a good layer of insulation under mylar-lined clothes?
Hilariously enough, most of the information on hiding from IR imaging and FLIR seems to be from hash growers who seek to hide the odd heat signature of their grow rooms, and people avoiding FLIR when they go to their secret grow spots in forests. :eyeroll: Whatever gets me the info.

Oh, bowflage is a good masking paint for firearms and the like.
